The Return of the King

Inspired by Troy, the famous ancient city on the Aegean coast of Turkey, one of the most renowned cities in European history and the world of Homeric epic. Once extraordinarily prosperous, Troy was also devastated by war because of Helen’s beauty. Today, the ochre ruins still retain the pride of a former kingdom. The Aegean Sea, like a sapphire, rests in the hilt of the king’s sword, symbolising glory and power. Like Helen, the beauty who captivated the world, it recalls stories of heroes shaped by wealth, cruelty, greed and defiance. Together, these elements create a distinctly retro fashion aesthetic, telling the story of a king’s return with timeless allure.
